Sponsor a Child For High School
You can change a child's life by sponsoring their education, medical care, or basic needs.
Ddembelyabato Orphanage educates the Orphans until grade 7, after this the Uganda Education System has free schooling for High School, but some of the teachers do not show up for class and the system does not prepare the children for college or trade schools. So the only answer is private schooling with reputable Boys and Girls High Schools with average cost ranges $700 to $1000 per year.
THIS INCLUDES ROOM AND BOARD
There are 4 currently ready to go to High School. (2) are already being evaluated for possible scholarships.

Support Our Projects
WATER TANK PROJECT
3000 Liter Reserve water tank installed and completed on 5/13/25 - The public water lines were also repaired and restored to allow water to be transferred through the UV Filter system to make it drinkable.
Prior to the water tank being installed, if power goes out the UV Filter system can not work to provide drinking water. And the power can stay out for days at a time. The children would have to take water containers and walk a few miles to the community well. This well has approx. 350 Steps down to the base and they would walk down and fill up the containers and walk back up and back to the orphanage.

- Septic System - Toilet / Pit Latrines - Rebuilt to provide operating sanitary bathrooms that are currently in major in major disrepair.
- Food and Nutrition Program
- Repair the Roof over the boys section of the sleeping areas. Currently leaking when it rains
- Re-purchase of land behind the orphanage that was lost to build a required Play area for the children
- About 60 new mattresses and bed frames. To keep the kids off the ground and safe from insect bites.
- School Supplies such as Teacher curriculum materials / Student books and materials/ copy machine / printer / computers / desks and chairs / new blackboards / etc/
Community Outreach Spread the Word

Also did outreach into the surrounding community. One of the community churches that lends support to the orphanage was the church [ Siloam Pool Ministries ] and Pastor Moses
The church building roof was not complete so the project was taken by our team member Pastor Joseph Oh and his church [ His Church On The Rock ]
A donation was provided directly to Pastor Moses by Pastor Joseph and the roof as you can see in the video above is now complete
All materials for completing the water tank / the church building roof and the local shopping for meats, vegetables and other meal preparation was purchased within the LOCAL COMMUNITY
The intent is to use the LOCAL COMMUNITY for all project purchases to bring the community together with the Orphanage and Church so that the Community is fully enriched.
Nakalule Peace - Special Medical
Nakalule Peace - Special Medical
Nakalule arrived at the age of 1 year and 6 months old, she is currently now 4 years old. She was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and can not sit upright or stand on her own or close her mouth.
She passes fluid almost immediately upon drinking, which makes her stay in diapers throughout the day. She cannot communicate or play with the other children.
The Local Hospital can not manage her symptoms nor keep the required medicines available for her. The hospital just continues to write prescriptions for them to buy.
WHAT IS NEEDED
- She needs regular medical at the larger city hospital (LACHO HOSPITAL) monthly. This requires vehicle transport and medical bill and prescription coverage
- She needs a balanced diet for her brain and muscles(Special Meals)
- Diapers and separate bedding and blankets etc.
